Rose Lacy Selig

Lacy built her career making organizations more effective.

Leaning on her Masters in International Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she has provided strategic planning, Board and executive coaching, and development and programmatic consulting to some of the world’s biggest (and smallest) non-profits. Over the last decade, she has also engaged with leading advocates and donors passionate about their goals and seeking counsel to execute their vision.

As a philanthropic advisor, Lacy brings it all together. From facilitating Board strategy workshops to guiding hands-on Family Impact Weeks in Tanzania, Lacy’s superpower is making the complicated feel fun, and she loves every minute of it.

Kara Wilkins

Kara is a solutions-focused community engagement strategist with an extensive background in the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.

She has nearly two decades of experience in working to connect funders with diverse communities and has honed her skills in communications, outreach, public policy, development, and advocacy/government relations.

In her spare time, Kara is the co-host of the Blackbelt Voices podcast, which has been featured in national publications such as O Magazine and Vanity Fair. Kara sees opportunity everywhere, and she takes ideas to plans faster than anyone we know.

Alison Williams

Alison has spent her career navigating government at the highest levels. After more than twenty years in public service and electoral politics, her reputational risk skills are second to none. A self-proclaimed policy wonk, she knows good policy when she sees it, how to sustain it, and how to change it when necessary.

Alison opens doors with ease. She loves challenges that require non-traditional relationships to make a real difference, and she's not afraid to call on her more than two decades of contacts in state and federal government to make policy personal.
